cvs2svn software package provides Convert a cvs repository to a subversion, bazaar or git repository, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cvs2svn
cvs2svn is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cvs2svn package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cvs2svn *
You will get with cvs2svn package name, version, architecture and description in a table
